FIGHT KLUB® is the boxing and martial arts inspired workout scene sweeping the nation! Using FIGHT KLUB®’s uniquely designed punch bag, the workout is formed of structured combinations of authentic boxing, kick boxing and Thai boxing moves.

Suitable for ALL levels of fitness and set to Drum & Bass and House music, the workout hits all major muscle groups in the upper and lower body. Participants benefit from improvements in cardiovascular endurance, core strength, weight loss and muscle tone.
